    Dedicated workspace: Desk, ergonomic chair, and nearby power outlets
    Quiet room away from main TV area

    Enables 24/7 contactless check-in for late hospital or project shift arrivals
    Clear exterior pathway lighting for early morning or late night returns

    2. Bedrooms & Sleep Recovery

    Healthcare workers on night shifts and construction crews require restorative rest.

    Quality medium-firm mattresses with waterproof mattress protectors
    Blackout curtains or shades in every bedroom
    Essential for night-shift travel nurses sleeping during the day
    Two sets of quality bed linens and pillows per bed
    Multi-bed configuration (Twins/Queens) if hosting work crews
    Crew coordinators frequently look for separate sleeping arrangements
    Bedside lamps with accessible USB charging ports or nightstand outlets
    Hangers and closet/dresser storage for 30–90+ day personal wardrobes

    Vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan, and basic cleaning supplies
    Plentiful bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths (at least 2 sets per guest)
    Hair dryer in each full bathroom
    Trash cans in kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms with trash bags

    5. Parking, Trucks & Exterior

    Crew vehicles and relocated family trucks need reliable access.

    Driveway or dedicated off-street parking for 2–4 vehicles
    Confirmation of HOA / street parking rules regarding commercial work trucks

    Working smoke detectors in every bedroom and common hallway
    Carbon monoxide detectors on each living level
